Custom LVPD car-font/carmod/texture

Hello guys, I have a problem.

I need to change the font of the LVPD-Car, but I can't. Heres the reason:

The file that you need to edit, is not a car mod. Its a custom mod, I don't know how its called, but its located in GTA San Andreas\models\generic\vehicle.txd

Is there any way to import this texture?

If you mean to replace the Texture then its Possible!

with Shaders.

Just download this Moon Shader > http://pixelterror.ru/up/moon.zip

open it / open Moon.lua

and change this engineApplyShaderToWorldTexture(moon, "coronamoon") to the texture name that you want to replace.

Then Replace The Image with " Moon.png "
