MTA 1.2 - Ping problem

Hi.

After upgrading to the MTA 1.2 I am getting some serious ping problems on the servers. Before you call me stupid and advise me to shutdown torrent clients etc., read my entire post.

My ping in MTA gets even to 1500, what obviuously makes the game unplayable. My Internet connection is fine, when I ping "www.google.pl", the response is withing 30 ms etc.

The weird thing is that when I ping some MTA server's IP using "ping" command from windows CMD, the result is also 30-40 ms everytime. This behaviour IMO indicates that it's a problem with MTA client itself. Other my multiplayer-based games work fine.

MTA 1.1 works fine but I can't play on 1.2 servers, for example on Mini Missions Server - and just for that I've installed MTA in the first place.

Are there any plans to fix this issue? Has someone else reported this already?

Note: I forgot to mention, my hardware is of course way better than minimum requirements and my game doesn't lag, it has something like 60 FPS while playing MTA.

Please install the following:

• Audio driver
  
• Chipset/ethernet/storage drivers
  
• Latest patch of MTA:SA
  
• Latest DirectX runtimes

Thanks for the links, I've updated all the drivers and MTA, but the problem still remains. Strange, I've never had such problems with MTA before upgrading to 1.2. All my other multiplayer games work just fine.

The weird thing is that on player list it says I've got ping about 30-50 ms but the game lags as hell and the server gives me notification that I will be kicked, because my ping is over 1000.
