0 Jaysds1 Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 Can you ^post the log for all your crashes here please: 1. Go to MTA San Andreas 1.x/MTA2. In there you should see a file called "core.txt" 3.Copy all then post it using " " My in-game name: Jaysds1 Retired CMG Scripter World Of Tanks GameMode (Open-Source): https://github.com/Jaysds1/mtasa-wot-gamemode Online GUI-Editor (WIP): https://forum.mtasa.com/topic/47678-online-gui-editor/

0 [miLKy_wAy] Posted January 6, 2012 Author Posted January 6, 2012 -.- i dont know whats going on, but the game doesnt work again + 3 speakers of my 5.1 sound system do not work anymore after installing these codecs

0 Towncivilian Posted January 6, 2012 Posted January 6, 2012 To fix your surround settings, go to Control Panel -> Sound -> right click Speakers -> click "Configure Speakers" and follow the instructions. You are running a beta version of the graphics driver. Perhaps try rolling back to the latest WHQL driver and see if that changes anything. Have problems running MTA or are experiencing crashes? See this thread for help!
0 [miLKy_wAy] Posted January 6, 2012 Author Posted January 6, 2012 gonna try the driver thing. But the thing with my speakers, it says "5.1 Surround" in the configurations and i tested it there. All 5 speakers are working. I followed the instruction but still, when im listening to music or anything else, 3 speakers are not working. They only do in the sound test
0 Towncivilian Posted January 6, 2012 Posted January 6, 2012 Your music is probably stereo, not surround encoded (DTS, AC3, lossless multichannel FLAC, etc). Was stereo music being played through all the speakers previously? If so, it's probably some other setting somewhere in the Realtek audio control panel, which can be accessed through Control Panel. Have problems running MTA or are experiencing crashes? See this thread for help!

I set it to 5.1 in the realtek audio manager aswell
0 Towncivilian Posted January 6, 2012 Posted January 6, 2012 Sorry, I don't know which setting controls that. You'll have to poke around in the audio settings. Try Control Panel -> Sound -> right click Speakers -> Properties -> check the tabs for any setting that seems like it would achieve your desired effect.
