There's a weird problem with my fps in game.

The thing is that all the time server side fps limit is not working for me, even if I'm reinstalling MTA and San Andreas completely. I'm trying to set fps limit for game in MTA trough consule and .cfg files, but it's not working anyways.

I can't play on any of DDC server becouse there's a server-sided fps limiter, that makes everyone a fair race. For me - I'm just going a bit faster what's not fair and though, I can get banned for that problem. Please help.

Yes, there is an other bug too. Some clients miss the Maximum FPS Limit and run the game as Maximum FPS Limit turned off, but there is also a program which troll MTA making it run with Maximum FPS Limit turned off.
