Please help! (Cannot open/save maps!)

I cannot save nor open any maps. If I click "Open" it asks me "Are you sure? Any unsaved.. etc" and when I click "Yes", nothing happens. The list of all of my previous saved mappings menu is still there, but when I click "current elements" there are no objects when I know for a fact that the maps I have opened have objects placed. When I try to save anything, the game freezes. However, I can still move my mouse BUT I cannot click anything, so I have to restart MTA.

Help me out please.

wtf... do you reinstalled Mta Sa ? or Updated it ?

if not do it or Download another version of Mta and try..
