Jean_Pierre
Hello there dear community of MTA. I just moved from SAMP to MTA, and I am very excited to learn Lua. I downloaded MTASE, but I don't seem to understand how can I make it work. No matter what I do, it just whines that "MTA Server resources folder can not be found." I've tried fixing it myself, but I don't seem to find the answer. Any help? Warm Regards, Jean Pierre. Link to comment
Castillo
First, welcome to MTA! Now, let's try to help you: I don't have much experience with MTASE (I use Notepad++), but I think you should select where your MTA Server folder is, usually it's on: c:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas 1.1\server\ Link to comment
Jean_Pierre
Actually, the MTASE script editor.exe with other core features & etc are placed in the C:\Program Files\Mta San Andreas 1.1\server\, but when I try to run it, I get the error... Thanks for the reply anyway, and thanks for the warm welcomes! (: I will sure enjoy it around. Any other suggestions? Link to comment

Jean_Pierre
Thanks to everyone. I got it fixed by simply patching it up & editing the configuration settings. Now I am unable to save my scripts with it /facepalm. I will just use luaEdit, its as simple as anything can be. Thanks for anyone still, thumbs up. Link to comment

Jean, use SciTE editor, it the best for LUA scripting, you can debug your scripts without test in a server and compile your scripts too. Link to comment
