It's either your connection is slow or something/ lots of things are running on your computer which takes up your connection.

I had this problem b4 but I closed down everything b4 going on mta, unlesss I'm making a map or going on my server to try something.

and if it's nun of these then I suppose you have to post your DX Dialog.

It might not even be a problem that you created as sometimes the odd DDoS can happen or some application was upgrading in the background in your computer. If your connection was fine elsewhere, it could be the server you were playing on.
