Strange serial and version on a player

Hi! Recently, someone tried to join my server with very strange serial and nick and version. Log:

[2011-11-02 17:52:40] CONNECT: ‡>ÅùA±o.c‘x´¨¾xã´çrý failed to connect (Bad version) (IP: 41.232.137.147  Serial: }›Hã•G¸S.m$ éWóv°Øz¹¼{£Aûò  Version: 21.28.61-9.6255146.137) 

And when that player tried to join, my server console made a beep sound

I wonder has anyone other seen this? Is this strange or normal?

Look at the name, no wonder the console made a beep sound, screaming.

Maybe he's using chinese or anything else, everyone knows that Unicode chars in console look like sh*t

Yes I've seen this before. Some Spanish IP kept trying to connect and every time they did the serial and version were different.

Lol, maybe was me A firewall protecting to see that? That happened to me, but i'm not secure if that is causing the problem, atleast mine was.
