Living City mode?

I used to host and play a GTA MP mod(that was very unstable) (sa-mp i believe it was, but im not 100%) that allowed for a full living city(pedestrians, cars, etc, etc) of San Andreas. Is there a mode like that available for MTA?

Free roam is fine, but it would be more fun if there was other stuff happening.

AFAIK, there isn't. It seems like there aren't many people who want this either - otherwise server owners would script traffic for their servers.

Dang, i've been looking over the SA-MP mods and i cant find it again either Great mod for lan partys. We had a lot of fun with it last we set it up......

Although we still have fun with free roam, its just not AS fun.

But SA-MP peds aren't synced as far as I know... (the function that enables that doesn't sync the traffic for all players).

On the mod we used to play they were(80% sure anyway), hence why it was quite buggy and unstable. But i cant find it, or an alternative on MTA .

That defies the point of Multi Theft Auto (and any other multiplayer mod for that matter).

You still play with other humans in a LAN. There's just NPC's floating around for you to steal/kill/interact/etc with......
