It is recommend to use the "native" user system of MTA, or it will be better if I do my own (maybe with XML or MySQL).

Depends on what your trying to accomplish - if you plan on needing to store big amounts of data other than accounts, I would suggest the built-in sqllite functions. If you plan on integrating your server's data with other services (i.e a webpanel, or another server) I would suggest using MySQL.

There are scripts that uses those functions, so i would recommend you to NOT remake user system.

You can mix both MySQL and builtin system though ;>
