Phat Looser Posted October 31, 2011 Share Posted October 31, 2011 It works really good if you have to administrate about 10 servers and if you want a secure setup which can't be wrecked by hackers that easily. Also, you automatically have a backup of all those servers, so if something goes wrong, you can reload everything with one button. FTP on the other hand has some security problems, at least the last few times I tried it had. A website which handles that stuff - well, php + sql = build in security issues. I don't have the time to double-check my code 10 times. Link to comment
