Hello This is my first Topic, i Only have a question.

I went a Server last month and in that server, when you spawn appears an "Electricity Effect" that i think that is a Custom Particle, i whant to create some particle like that but i dont know how, so if some one can teach me i will be bery Grateful.

or you can modify the pictures of gta particles using shaders.

yes, yesterday make the same question to a player called samt and he tell em same thing of dxDrawLine3D.. but i dont know how to make the correct coordinates, or how to make them move, or appear and desappear ...

And qisjp that's not the same electricity effect that i was thinking but thanks for tryng to help me .
