A problem caused by MTA

Hello guys, today my MTA crashed normally as any crash but suddenly when I re-ran it again, I was shocked when I saw the screen looks like it is pressed from right and left with black borders:

I used to have it like that:

After this every game has the same problem and I cant run any game in normal full-screen mode now.

Help me as soon as you can guys please, I cant read one word because font is too small, thanks for reading.

• Install the latest patch of MTA:SA
  
• Install the latest DirectX runtimes

Could you provide a dxdiag report? Press the Windows key + R, type dxdiag, press Enter, click Save all information... and post the contents of the saved log here within Code tags.

EDIT: You will not believe what fixed it guys, I installed Intel media accelerator and then removed it and boom, the problem fixed and the borders are gone
