This is the cause of the problem - Windows can't find the file.

Please open 'Control Panel' and select 'Programs and Features'.

Scroll down to show all entries that start with 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable...'

Please upload a screen shot of that.

Then open 'Command Prompt' and copy and paste the following command (you'll have to use right mouse click to paste):

dir C:\Windows\WinSxS\manifests >x.txt

and press enter.

This will create a file called x.txt

Zip that file and upload it somewhere.

Hey, sorry for late replying. I had some problems with my internet.

Well, I did the system restore but I still couldn't find any "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable" listed in that window. :(

Well, one of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable's is half uninstalled, and will give you problems unless you can find a way to reinstall it. I suggest you try a windows restore from an earlier save point.

It's that or reinstall windows.
