Black screen mta ?

Hi, again me. I have another problem. I have new laptop and when i try to connect to server ( when download files is ok ) but when it finishes i have black screen when i press ESC there are no buttons or any labels etc. No login panel displayes, on my server. But when i go on my computer all works fine , there must some problem with laptop?

Windows XP my laptop has the same with computer.

PLease help.

Be sure you're running 1.1.1 - download it on the main page.

And the server where you play should also be updated to 1.1.1 to fix that problem on THAT server where you play.

'Black screen on connect' is fixed when the server is also running 1.1.1

So, get your servers updated!

Twoncivilian , i done it 4 times.

Delgad as i said on my computer it works fine. And all is updated. Maybe something to do with windows software?

Try to run the modification as admin and with Windows XP SP 3 compatibitility mode if you're running Windows Vista / 7.

Please install the following:

Provide another dxdiag log after installing.

This is a long list of drivers, please install them all before giving me another dxdiag log.

Press the left mouse button over the MTA icon, press Proprieties, then go to Compatibility and select Windows XP SP 3 in compatibility mode, and enable the option Run this program as admin.

That worked to all the friends who had the blackscreen issue, so I see this would be a good solution.

I used to have this problem i only found it on a server that had Vedic Roleplay files i havent found it anywhere else.
