Always return "ERROR"

Hi, i have a problem, i was trying to send a translated text to the chatbox but it doesnt work, it says "ERROR" always.

i dont know if its a MTA bug or something.

I don't know much about PHP and so on, but maybe the url doesn't return anything at all?

Doesnt works, he is Java and not PHP
