Map Editor Black screen MTA 1.1

whenever i launch map editor all i see is a black screen that says "Connected MTA Server 1.1 Windows.

when i press F8 i get this:

To help solve the 'black screen' problem, please download the latest nightly: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/mtasa-1.1-rc-latest [^]

And follow these instructions:

1. Start MTA

2. Select Settings->Advanced->Debug setting->0006323 Network

3. Connect to a server

4. Stare at black screen for a minute

5. Quit MTA

6. Send me the generated log file, which should be somewhere like:

C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas\netdebug.log

It's because you don't have editor installed "Couldn't find resource editor. Check it exists."

Download, unzip, place in /server/mods/deathmatch/resources
