I have a huge problem with MTAVC and it happened in .1 too. No matter how many bullets I put into a person, they NEVER die. Their health bar never goes down, and I run out of ammo just trying to kill one person and yet they drive off and are a-ok.

What causes this? Is it lag, a bug, what? I'm on cable and my ping is always like 70 so this shouldn't be an issue.

Anyone else have this problem? It's driving me mad, I've basically given up on trying to kill people instead I just drive around.

you usually have to aim ahead of the person... And, if it's a cop, they have armor, and it isn't shown in the health bar.

If you're still uncertain, ask someone to help you out, and ask if they can see you shooting, and if you're hitting them.

What OS are you using?

now im wondering...did u actually get a friend on ur server and shot him to see if he dies? cuz usually when i cant kill ppl, its my ping, which would be at about 250...if i want to get a good kill i would have to find myself a server that is about a ping of 60, 70, something like this.

get someone to go with u on ur server and see if u can kill him or not

Hi i didn't want to make this another problem thread - but got a problem.

It seems that i do not see / or it's not working.

and i'm talking about the F10 key (Health bar / Names)

when i press F10 it does nothing..

and it did work to my friend.. i guess this problem is local but what is the cause? and what can i do? maybe its gfx related?

i have no idea, please help me

hmmmmm lol....is it possible that u have a logitech keyboard with the "F Lock" feature that u have to lock the F lock so u can be able to press The F1-12 buttons?

lol no im not too serious...but its actually true..cuz i have it and i have to enable it everytime i play gta vc
