AHSS Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 Every one will agree with me on, that if the "guieditor" and the "QTToLua" didn't exist. Making GUIs would be horrible, creating a good looking gui, would be hard, and you need to bind /restart resourceName And keep editing it, until you get what you want, so what I'm suggesting is an Official GUI Creator/Editor. Just like the Map Editor. You can create the GUI, and get the code. I know that it's hard work, and you ( MTA Team ), are busy. But it would help every one, to have official gui editor.
ChaseOquinn Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 I actually find it quite easy to make guis without guieditor or QTToLua. But really I don't see a need for an official guieditor, if people would look around they could find what they need on here or on the community.
AHSS Posted September 1, 2011 Author Posted September 1, 2011 If there is an official one, it will be updated, just like the map editor. It would be very useful.
BinSlayer1 Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 download guieditor and update it yourself, i don't think 1.1 brings too many gui changes, maybe it's about syntax ordering if anything
SDK Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Not gonna happen, there are already two good GUI creators. I'm pretty happy with this, mta creating and fixing scripting functionalities and other people using them to make it easier for others. Map editor is an exception imo, it was added so people could create maps for servers without any scripting knowledge.
