Custom HLSL .fx shader

Question

Alot of people look MTA 1.1 and said ,

''enb serie implemented in MTA, GTA IV shaders graphic !!! '' clue = false

I will like to heard ''Nice ! Now we can make custom .fx file and put them into the game''

Look like there is a way to save materials to .fx with 3ds max.

Better (for me) than writing all the fx in High Level Shader Language.

Simple question there :

MTA can handle Material shader .fx ?
