Here are a couple other drivers: Touchpad driver Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted) After installing those drivers, delete the gta_sa.set file located in the GTA San Andreas User Files in your My Documents directory and give another dxdiag log. Have problems running MTA or are experiencing crashes? See this thread for help!

A new patch for MTA is out, please try it and report if it works. Have problems running MTA or are experiencing crashes? See this thread for help!
