MTA Map editor: "Starting local server" . Help me plz

Hello,

I have a problem. I lauch mta sa et when, in the menu, I choose map editor, I have this message

Starting local server . I m waiting, I'm waiting but after 30 mins, nothing, no map loaded and I can't use mta map editor.

When i press F8 i have this message:

[18:53:29] File 'settings.xml' not present, creating new node.

Anybody can send me this file plz? Where can I Download it?

PS: Sorry for my english I m not good in english.

Install the latest patch of MTA:SA.

If nothing is happening that is probably because when you were installing MTA SA, you didn't select resources. Install MTA SA over your current installation and this time do not deselect resources.

I have reinstalled MTA sa with full options and downlaods mta sa recent patch but nothing.

Can u connect to other server including yours?

If not then try uninstalling everything and reinstall it.

if the problem persist then Were going to have to know your system information.

Anybody can send me setting.xml or anything like that plz? Its write that I need this file.
