hi all , i need help from experienced ones because i'm a beginner and i don't know how to make my server in the server list :

when i use my personal IP , not the one on " whatsmyipaddress.com " i can found the server on favorites but others can't , and when i try to use the one on " whatsmyipaddress.com " , it says i can't use this IP with http port "22005" press "Q" to shut down the server , and that's happens with me when i try to make my own server on cs 1.6 too , what should i do ?

You have to open ports.

change the old ip line with this :

00.000.00.00= your ip

just go to ur router settings and open 22003 UDP,22005 TCP, 22003 UDP

You shouldn't set the server ip in your config unless you really know you need to. About the only reason you'd need to is if you have more than one network card in your server.
