I can't play

I just installed MTA SA. I wanted to play fallout and hay with my sister. When she made a lan server it didn't show on the server list (in lan tab). Then I tried to make a lan server - it was "starting local server" forever. I can't even open the map editor. Please help.

P.S. Everything worked correctly before Windows XP reinstallation.

Well, he is posting here isn't he?

Make sure you have XP SP3, newest version of 1.0.5, newest drivers, etc.

So it sounds like your client is working properly, but the server isn't. Go into the MTA installation directory, then the server folder and try running MTA Server.exe and see if you get any errors.
