Please can somebody make a video how to set up and run mysql on server, because i really don't understand how to do it .

This is not really related to MTA scripting itself, you should've asked in the General section.

Do you need help with setting up mysql on a server, or on your computer? Or do you need help getting it setup on a GSP via phpmyadmin?

I think I have a similar question. What should I do so all the servers data like characters, money locations saves into MySQL database?

@Zango i want to set up in on my server , but not on my computer , it is on internet like DKR and yes, i think via phpMyAdmin

@Jaysds1 I can't install apache on Xampp .

Because when i install it, it shows:" apache ports 80 and 443 are already in use, apache installation failed"

ok, I went back on the site and searched for any other downloads for vista and this is what i found:

Because of missing or insufficient write permissions in "C:\Program Files", we recommend to use alternate folder for XAMPP ("C:\xampp" or "C:\meinverzeichnis\xampp").

Problem is skype , he's using the same ports as apache and when i was closed Skype and install xampp again the same thing shows up.

Maybe you didn't understand me, but i didn't solve problem yet.

I'm not lucky afaik, many Windows services use port 80 and 443 , like www, http , etc,..

He's trying to instal xampp but other stuff are using the ports and block the software.

ok, When your finish installing the software, go to http://localhost/xampp

then go to phpMyAdmin and what ever you need to do on your server like accounts, add a table.

In the script you should have

  
mysql_connect("localhost", "EDIT IN Xampp", "EDIT IN Xampp", "THE DATABASE YOU MADE") 

EDIT: A database is inside phpMyAdmin
