Servers in PC = Windows Server 2008 R2 with IIS 7

Hi, i have a problem with my servers,

I have them into a PC 24 hours on, where i have:

- Windows Server 2008 R2

- IIS

- Firewall Off

- MTA Installed without Gta San andreas

And i have problems with "Timed Out", please help me

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, you don't have GTA SA and your owning/hosting a server....

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Just kidding .

It depends about the connection you have, unless you downloaded a wrong server program...

I downloaded the lastest MTA:SA.exe and i installed and i'm only using the "Server" carpet.

The servers start correctly and i think that i have a good connection with internet at the "VPS" (PC 24hrs)

But it's not my connection to internet because, everybody have that problem

ok, sometimes a script makes the player Timed Out, for example "sx_resourcemanager" when started it makes the person either time out or show a warning saying Network Problem(s)...
