falseprophet Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Hey all, has anyone else used a gamepad to play MTA with? My only gripes is the camera resets if I don't constantly move the joy stick around.. Any one know how to force the camera to stay in one position?
0 Towncivilian Posted July 12, 2011 Posted July 12, 2011 I believe there are some gamepad settings in MTA's options somewhere, be sure to bind them properly. Have problems running MTA or are experiencing crashes? See this thread for help!

Any one know how to force the camera to stay in one position? Do you want a camera like GTA SA PS2 version? "Everything exists, because otherwise nothing would", Bob Marley, 2015.
0 cedill Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 I have not used it personally though I got one game pad locally and it looks to me that I could use it for MTA. The box indicates that there is just a limit on which this would work but I have tried some games like MTA and it worked perfectly. I am not that confident to try it yet as I am using the regular controls still.
0 tigerman Posted July 14, 2011 Posted July 14, 2011 Just tryed couple days ago, setting up axis will take time but in the end it worked fine VIEW MY RESOURCES -> https://forum.mtasa.com/viewtopic.php?f=108&t=70956
