SP Enabled?

Hello, just getting back into MTA again after about 2 or 3 years.

While playing in a freeroam server I noticed how advanced the customization is. It's really nice. But I was wondering if I can get that kind of customization in a singleplayer game as well.

So would it be possible to enable the SP game in MTA? (Playing 1 player by myself, of course.) Or is it possible that I can copy this feature over into the regular game?

it might be possible, but it's going to take months to try to put customized stuff, in SP, plus most of them are from mtasa.

It's possible to make such resource for MTA, but all features would have to be copied from the game, so that's a lot of work.
