Which hosting company is the best?

I am planning to make a company host my server but some of them aren't good(that's what some people say).

You can buy one, or get one in a center, note that it's too expensive.

To be honest, I don't pay it (+100 euros, how will I pay it), but check the link I put there.

In my mind the best web hosting provider is IX webhosting. I use their services for quite a while now and I am very satisfied. They fulfill my requirements perfectly and there is nothing to complain about. This is a paid web hosting service but I think the prices are reasonable.
