[REL]Map Rating For Race Mode With Map Delete

Its my second resource, made it cause i was bored

Players can rate map at end of map

1. Horrible

2. Bad

3. Average

4. Good

5. Excellent

It uses key binding so you have to just press number

If any map gets over 20 votes and overall rating is 1 then this map gets deleted (you can disable it from map_rating_s.lua)
