I fixed it, wasn't anything to do with the DirectX or latest patch...

Actually, all I did was turn off Asynchronous loading... It lagged a bit, so I turned it to Auto... I don't remember if I did anything else but needless to say I haven't crashed in a while... I'm still on... Just been jailed for the past 30 mins haha.
