moving an element using setElementVelocity

i want to know how to make an element move with setElementVelocity like move it to certain coordinates but make it moves smoothly i know moveObject but im talking about elements and i want it with setElementVelocity

like the velocity gun

velocity works for peds and vehicles only.

and basically you need to check onClientRender how close you are to target, and set velocity smaller when getting close
