MTA Running very slow

Once I played GTA SA and finished 1 mission. After that every time i play MTA from time to time it starts to run VERY slow, I can't do anything, I press ESC and it barely loads up. When i also press Quit the game just freezes.

I tried to fix by re-installing everything, deleting my Gta user files folder in documents, still happens for some reason.

It never happened before, only after I finished the first mission in GTA SA.

Strange, GTA:SA's single player state should have nothing to do with MTA. Please try installing the following:

Could you provide a dxdiag report? Press the Windows key + R, type dxdiag, press Enter, click Save all information... and post the contents of the saved log here within Code tags.

Have problems running MTA or are experiencing crashes? See this thread for help!

I did all three thing you told me, It didn't solve the problem. But the slow period is way shorter, but still pain in the ass. This periods starts every 7 or so minutes.

EDIT: I also encountered that map doesn't fully load when I get to it. So could it be the CPU problem?
