Flashbangs and Slowbangs?

Any idea how to make this two types of bombs ?

I see its possible,i saw it on some stealth serves.Flashbang makes your screen white,slowbang slows your movement,so you get shoted easier.

Anyone has a script? or knows how to make them?

-> trigger server event

-> set server timer

-> fade screen in white color for people in range

-> done.

Isn't that epic.
