Errors with mta sa compile

Hello. I am try to compile mta. Previously i got error about "no such file dxerr.h", but when i rid from this error, i am got a lot of new errors, like:

c2065 'texInfo' undeclared identifier, c3861 identifier not found D3DXCreateTextureFromFileInMemoryEx, c3861 identifier not found D3DXCreateTExture, c2146 and some other.

I don't changed original source code of mta, i just downloaded it and then trying to compile with mta wiki instruction.

Also i got one special error: lnk1104 cannot open file ''DirectX9GUIRenderer_d_2008.lib''. Google don't know where i can take this file (all links to mta google code page). Can you help me with this 2 problems?

don't use dots in file name.

How did you get rid of the dxerr.h error?

I am used instruction from msdn help page:

1.From the Tools menu, click Options.

2.Expand the Projects and Solutions node.

3.Select the VC++ Directories property page.

And then i selected "Include files", where i put in string "D:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft DirectX SDK (June 2010)\Include"

error c2065 'D3DXIMAGE_INFO" undeclared identifier d:\mta\vendor\cegui-0.4.0-custom\src\renderers\directx9guirenderer\d3d9texture.cpp 72 CEGUI - DirectX9GUIRenderer

Maybe i use unsupported version of DirectX SDK?
