dxdrawtext dont work with size under 1

this draws same size as it would with size 1:

dxDrawText(text,textx,texty,textL,textH,textcolor,0.3,"default","center","center",true,false,false) 

but this returns much smaller value, then is drawn there

dxGetTextWidth(text,0.3) 

is it bug?

note:all the variables is defined
