humm we cant give Free Servers but we can teach how to open it for Free.... go to C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas\server

and find the MTAserver.exe and open it and thats all and your server will appear in the Lan list and u have to know your ip look here http://www.knowmyip.com/ whit that ip u can conect via quick connect to our server and if you can connect to it then your server in 30 mins max will appear in the internet list....

He can connect to his local server without entering his IP adress, instead of the IP he can write localhost and ofc the port.
