How i can change water and sky color for all? When i change only change for me can you help me?

But i need like this

A Gui for admin change the color

Water button open other gui showing 3 text box and 3 labels one Red other Green other Blue and a the text box we put the values like <0-255>

Also nobody takes requests so I think nobody will make your gui, sorry try it yourself.
