hello i make a server but i need some script to make teams ?

example if i make a team whit this name |DGT| and a player have this before his name ex. |DGT|Player this player automatically join that team in menu (TAB key ) pls help me and another thing how to see in menu (TAB key) player names in color my name is colored but in menu is white thx
