Mta server isn't working?

I'm trying to do my own server but it only shows on lan, so my friend can't join to my server. i have edit the ''mtaserver'' on notepad and it seems to be ok. These are my modem settings. do you think those are okay? and should i do a rule to my norton firewall?

and by the way, should i write my computer ip or modem ip?

Have you tried getting your friend to connect to your IP directly?

Have you tried Port Forwarding?

Try disabling your firewall.

why you think so? if you mean those ''censored'' texts , i have added them to the picture on purpose.

P.S I can't use that ''port forwarding'' application because i don't want to buy it.

Well it's working now, wasn't loading earlier. Have you had any luck with any of my suggestions?
