Help About IPL/IDE

I have a good idea But tell me there possible change ide/ipl cuz i need to add for Liberty City collision and ipl file. It possible?

I know about engine load dff/txd/col i working with zmodeler, im know samp sucks . So it possible to add/replace IPL in server

i guess that is impossible to import ide/ipl

use delux converter to convert ipl to .map

why you need IDE ?
