how i can convert server SAMP TO MTA???..please helpme i have server roleplay on SAMP but i like more MTA please helpme

You can't do such thing, SAMP uses PAWNO, MTA uses LUA, it's different, you can only convert maps.

I might be wrong, but isn't this was amx does?

AMX can run some SAMP scripts, but most doesn't work because of new 0.3 functions, etc.
