alot of time in race when you change your vehicle to a dinghy and you fall in water the screen become white with sometime a loading in the center of the screen. You need to restart the map or the server or you need to quit and reconnect to solve it, but it can appear again.
The first time it happen to me is in MTA 1.0.1 , the first time I begin to play MTA 1.x
