How to get Unbanned i gt banned by error

hey i got banned from the saudi basemode server by error....they couldnt kill me i dont know why i coudlnt die , i wasnt using any hacks...is there anyway i can get unbanned ? and i think you should fix that bug..they were shotting me ad i wasnt takin any damage....btw sorry for my bad english lol...thanks im new player also

You must contact the server administrators of the server you got banned from somehow, we can't help you here with server-specific bans.
