Missing Textures

Hey everyone , just a quick question , not to sure if anyone else has had the problem but when I load up MTA its fine however when I join or host a match there is no textures present i.e. i have brown trees.

Here is the image , if you can either post on here what I need to do or e-mail me ([email protected]) I will be very happy

what brand is your graphics card? Intel Express Chipset 4?
