FPS Limiter

how can i enable the fps limiter on mta 1.0.4?

i guess that its not possible but any help will be very good

There is a line in mtaserver.conf which designates the fps limit for the server - it should be 36 (on) by default. Is that what you're asking about?

Assuming you're logged in as admin, hit 'P', go to 'Resources', and in the field below 'Execute command:', type in setFPSLimit (yourLimit), to change it without a server restart.

As Oz said, it's 36 by default and on.
