I tried much things.. My antivirus is disabled, my firewall too.. What can i do ? Thanks in advance.

Make sure you have 1.0.4 installed. After you have done that, install: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/?mtasa-1.0.4-rc-latest (Updates) After that, change your settings like this: http://i56.tinypic.com/343pu6f.jpg Let me know if this is working.. - x86

Also i don't know proper solution, as personally I don't have this problem, and I NEVER seen any topic like this one to be solved. So i just posted a comment, so this guy now knows he need more patience if he need something. Anyway - looks like after this 4 hours he's gone and will never come back. Whatever.
