My anti Virus is blocking the client!

My Anti Virus is AVG internet security 2011, I bought the subscription untill 2013.

When I click on the download page the anti virus pops up with a warning MSG that it has a Virus. I press ignore but the File

"Downlaods" too fast (wich is wierd) So it shouldnt be 10 Kilo bytes for sure!

Questions:

1.Why Do I get warned about a virus? Should I be worried?

2.If thats a false positive than how to fix it?

3. When I tried downloading an older version (In a RaR Format) every thing was fine, after I ran the MTA it shows me there is an update (well that's obvios) But when I start updating my Anti Virus pops up with the same warning when I tired downladoing the up to date version from them MTA website. Why is it happening?

If there is no other way to fix this but removing my anti virus than I would like to ask some one uplaod me the up to date version of MTA installer in a RaR or ZiP Format. Thank you very much for your attention and help.

Yes! My anti Virus says the intaller has a Virus... Maybe it is a false positive but how Do I fix this So I can install and play?

disable antivirus when installing/playing.

my firewall prevents me from running mta, so im disabling it when playing.
