Restore a map

Hello !

i got a little problem and i dont know how to fix it !

i was starting a new map, but i accidentaly saved it on my map that was almoast finished !

is there any way to restore the map i overwrited ?

But ehm, which operating system do you have? If you have WinVista or Win7 there's a change to restore it (WinXP doesn't have this function). Go to your resources folder, and right click on the resource you want to restore. Then select Properties (ofwel Eigenschappen in Nederlands natuurlijk ) and go to the tab "Earlier Versions" (vorige versies). If there's anything in it, there should be some version you need. If there's nothing in it, you're probably screwed.

NL: ik denk dat je je map definitief kwijt bent, ik heb dit namelijk ook vaak gehad toen ik net begon met mta, en toen was er ook geen mogelijkheid om de map terug te krijgen, ik weet niet of latere versies dit verbeterd hebben maar ik ben bang dat je opnieuw moet beginnen.

EN: I think you've lost your map for allways, i had this problem a lot when i just started with mta, back then there was also no way to restore the map, and i dont know if later versions have improved on this but i am afraid you're gonna have to start all over again.
