Delete D3D9.dll (if exists) from your GTASA directory. Is your copy of GTASA modified?
remove all your gta mods (reinstall gta)

and remove d3d9.dll file from gta folder.

and DONT NAG PEOPLE VIA PM ASKING FOR HELP!

2.- My GTASA isn't modified.

3.- I'm trying to reinstall GTASA and MTASA.

See, there is your problem. If single player mode does not work, MTASA will not work either.

You should try renaming your gta_sa.set file in My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files folder, then launch the single player. If it starts fine, try running MTASA.
